BAI provided design, permitting, and construction observation services for the construction of approximately six miles of collector roads, drainage, and utility infrastructure within the City of Westlake, Florida for Minto Communities to support future residential and commercial development. Services included coordination with multiple consultants and utility providers to support adjacent commercial and residential tracts throughout the City of Westlake, permitting and certification through several municipalities/agencies including City of Westlake, Seminole Improvement District, City of West Palm Beach, Palm Beach County, Palm Beach Fire & Rescue, Department of Health, and the South Florida Water Management District.
