Del Webb at Oak Creek

Combining three separate Lee County planned developments into one unified project, the BAI planning team obtained zoning entitlements to allow Del Webb by Pulte Homes and Sage Communities to interconnect an RPD, an MPD, and an RPD/CPD. Through upkeep with revisions to the Land Development Code and changes to onsite features, the BAI planning department achieved a combined entitlement of over 1,900 residential units and a maximum of 105,000 commercial uses on 505 acres through administrative amendment approvals.
