BAI provided land planning, engineering design, permitting, surveying (predesign, subdivision platting, and construction stakeout), and construction observation services for the 2,400-acre multi-phase residential development known as the Isles of Collier Preserve in Collier County, Florida. These services supported the development of approximately 12 miles of private local roadways, potable water distribution, wastewater collection, and stormwater management system to support 1,792 residential units in approximately 1,200 acres of developable area.
