Doug Tarn joined the construction administration team at Barraco and Associates in May 2007 after graduating with his A.A.S. degree in Building Construction Technology with an emphasis on construction management.

Mr. Tarn has been the firm’s senior inspector/construction observer on the firm’s largest projects. When the firm’s construction observation needs have been light, Mr. Tarn has assumed the role of assistant project manager on a variety of projects to gain project management experience for his future role as a full time project manager.
